4 Best Yogurt Combinations for Belly Fat Loss
Healthy yogurt bowls make a great breakfast or snack! It’s fine to eat plain yogurt, but when you add some toppings, it becomes amazing! Today I’m sharing different ways to top a Yogurt Bowl (my personal favorite ways).
So, first things, first:
What Can I Put In Yogurt Bowls For Breakfast? I mean, the sky is the limit here, about anything can go in Yogurt Bowl.
- Yogurt: Pick your favorite flavor and brand to kickstart your healthy bowl. I can’t recommend Epigamia Greek Yogurt – Vanilla Bean enough; it is the best Greek yogurt for these bowls. (Not sponsored).
- Bite-sized pieces of fresh fruit: Bananas, pineapple, kiwis, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, mango, and more. Whatever fresh fruit you like will pair very well with yogurt.
- Small frozen fruit: I prefer fresh, but frozen berries are pretty good in yogurt.
- A handful (or two) of granola: Granola (Muesli) adds the perfect texture and crunch to the top of the bowl.
- A handful (or two) of nuts: Roasted and chopped nuts are delicious with yogurt. Try sliced or slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, chopped pistachios, chopped cashews, or peanuts.
- Chia seeds: These small unassuming seeds are packed with good nutrients, are rich in antioxidants, and provide fiber, iron, and calcium. They add a nice textural topping to the yogurt.
- Dried fruits: raisins, dried cranberries, currants, dried cherries, and chopped dates are all great on top of yogurt.
- Drizzle or dollop a spoonful of nut butter: Almond butter, cashew butter, or peanut butter drizzled over yogurt is delicious.

However, eating a healthy, balanced diet is one of the most important factors in visceral fat loss. When it comes to foods for a healthier diet, yogurt is a great choice for an easy breakfast or quick snack. And yogurt types that are low in added sugar, low in fat, and high in protein can make for helpful additions to a weight-loss-friendly way of eating.
