- We are currently looking for a talented, motivated BDA(intern) who will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-quality businesses
- In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new businesses, developing relationships & meeting them to understand business needs & providing relevant solutions.
[A] KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with potential clients to present our services and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
- Educate, strategize, and successfully onboard new clients through a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- The role is based on outbound calls and field visits with potential clients.
- Your mission is to reach as many businesses as possible.
- Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from different categories.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals a strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
- Stay organized and manage your time effectively to complete your daily goals you know that sales is a numbers game and you’re here to win.
- Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to win.
- Conduct field visits to meet the existing clients, collect and share feedback report.
[B] EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- B.COM/B.TECH/B.E/MBA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language proficiency English, Kannada, Hindi.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
