  • We are currently looking for a talented, motivated BDA(intern) who will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-quality businesses 
  • In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new businesses, developing relationships & meeting them to understand business needs & providing relevant solutions.

[A] KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings with potential clients to present our services and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
  • Educate, strategize, and successfully onboard new clients through a high volume of outbound sales calls.
  • The role is based on outbound calls and field visits with potential clients.
  • Your mission is to reach as many businesses as possible.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from different categories.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals a strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively to complete your daily goals you know that sales is a numbers game and you’re here to win. 
  • Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to win.
  • Conduct field visits to meet the existing clients, collect and share feedback report.

[B] EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • B.COM/B.TECH/B.E/MBA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language proficiency English, Kannada, Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
