Our leaders manage with a more hands-off approach to avoid micromanaging and employees’ desire to take risks. Employees are encouraged to ask for help and ask questions to find answers as quickly as possible and uplifted to present and act on new data and findings. Our people are more than willing to jump in and help on a project, even if it doesn’t fall under their job description.
